Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

This Application is NOT a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition. All recommendations, calculations, and fasting programs provided by the Application are for informational and motivational purposes only.
The Application is designed as a self-tracking and wellness tool to help you organize and monitor your intermittent fasting routine. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medications, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional. Intermittent fasting may not be suitable for everyone.
Age Restriction
Our Application is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

Types of Data Collected
Health and Personal Data
Our Application allows you to track intermittent fasting and wellness goals. When using the Service, you may voluntarily provide the following personal information:
- Age (date of birth) – for calculating personalized recommendations
- Gender – for tailoring fasting programs

- Weight – for tracking progress
- Fasting schedule – start and end times of your eating window

Important: All health-related data (age, gender, height, weight, fasting times, goals) is stored ONLY locally on your device. We do not upload, synchronize, or store this sensitive health information on any cloud servers or remote databases.
How We Use Your Health Data
The health and personal data you provide is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Calculating personalized fasting recommendations and programs
- Tracking your fasting progress within the Application
- Providing you with reminders and notifications about your fasting schedule
- Displaying statistics and analytics about your fasting journey
We do NOT:
- Share your health data with third parties for advertising purposes
- Use your health data for personalized advertising
- Transfer your health data to any external servers
- Sell or rent your health information to anyone
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This data is collected by third-party analytics services (Firebase Analytics) and may include information such as:

- Device unique identifiers (e.g., advertising ID)

Important: Usage Data does NOT include your health information (weight, fasting times, goals, etc.). Analytics data is collected in anonymized form and is used only for improving app performance and user experience.
Third-Party Services and Data Processing
We use the following third-party services to provide and improve our Application:
Firebase Analytics (Google)
Firebase Analytics is used to understand how users interact with our Application, which features are most popular, and to identify technical issues.
- Data collected: Device information, app usage patterns, crash reports (does NOT include health data)
- Purpose: App analytics, performance monitoring, and improvement

Firebase Crashlytics (Google)
Crashlytics helps us identify and fix bugs and crashes in the Application.

Google AdMob
AdMob is used to display advertisements in the free version of the Application.
- Data collected: Advertising ID, device information, ad interaction data
- Purpose: Showing relevant ads to support the free version of the app
- Important: Your health data (weight, fasting schedule, goals) is NEVER shared with AdMob or used for ad targeting

- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Enable “Limit Ad Tracking”

No Account Registration Required
Our Application does not require account creation or registration. You can use all features of the app without providing an email address, phone number, or creating a password. All your data is stored locally on your device.
Push Notifications
The Application may send you push notifications to remind you about:
- Start of your fasting period
- Start of your eating window
- Motivational messages and tips
You can enable or disable notifications at any time through:
- App settings within the Application
- Device settings: Settings → Notifications → [App Name]
Important: Push notification tokens are used only for delivering notifications to your device and are not used for advertising or analytics purposes.
Data Storage and Security
Local Data Storage
All your health and personal data (age, gender, weight, height, fasting schedule, goals) is stored exclusively on your device. We do not use cloud synchronization or store this data on remote servers.
This means:
- Your data stays private on your device
- If you delete the app, all local data is permanently removed
- If you switch devices, your data will not automatically transfer (there is no cloud backup)
Analytics Data Storage
Non-sensitive usage data collected by Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may be stored on Google’s servers located in the United States and other countries. This data is subject to Google’s privacy policies and security measures.
Security Measures
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Data encryption during transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure communication protocols with third-party services
- Regular security assessments and updates
- Limited access to any collected data
However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local Data Deletion
Since all your health data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by:
- Clearing app data through the Application settings
- Clearing app data through your device settings
- Uninstalling the Application (this permanently deletes all local data)
Analytics Data Deletion
For analytics data collected by Firebase (device information, app usage patterns, crash reports), you can request deletion by contacting us at pmiosnews@gmail.com. We will process your request and work with our service providers to delete your data within 30 days.
Data Retention Period
We retain analytics and usage data only for as long as necessary to:
- Improve app performance and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce our policies
International Data Transfers
We operate globally, including in the European Union, United States, and other countries. Your health data stays on your device and is not transferred internationally.
However, analytics data collected by Firebase and AdMob may be transferred to and processed on servers located in the United States and other countries where these service providers operate. These transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, and use standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
Subscription and Payments
Premium Subscriptions
We offer premium subscriptions with the following options:
- Weekly subscription
- Monthly subscription
- Annual subscription
Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial period for premium subscriptions. The duration of the trial is clearly displayed before purchase. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- iOS: App Store → Your Account → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Your Account → Subscriptions
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through:
- Apple App Store (for iOS users)
- Google Play Store (for Android users)
We do NOT collect, store, or have access to your payment card information. All payment data is handled exclusively by Apple and Google according to their privacy policies and PCI-DSS security standards.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
